Rapra's Rubber Division has carried out Technical Audits of manufacturing plants in many countries of the world. A team of highly experienced technologists spend several days viewing all processes, quality systems, and reviewing manufacturing data such as reject rates and levels of in-process scrap. An informal briefing of the findings is given at the end of the Audit, and this is then followed by a formal report that lists the findings of the audit, makes recommendations for improvement, and provides advice on the implementation of any recommendations.
