the last three years we have been introducing corporate sponsorship
to our larger international conferences with good degrees
of success and with clear advantages both for our sponsors
and for Rapra. Our recent sponsors for our major meetings
include Bayer, Ciba Specialty Chemicals, Clariant, DSM, DuPont
Dow Elastomers, Henkel, Lonzagroup, MA Hanna, NV Bekaert,
SpecialChem and Uniqema.
We recognise that the main benefit to organisations sponsoring
our events is for corporate or brand coverage and to get your
product in front of buyers. A good proportion of our sponsorship
package is based on maximising the profile of our sponsors
prior to the meetings, and at the conference itself we will
ensure that your company has the best opportunity possible
to reach the delegates and speakers attending the meeting.

Sponsorship Packages
Table Top Exhibition
The table top exhibition areas are an ideal way of reaching
your customers and promoting your company and services at
the event. The exhibition will be located where possible in
the main coffee and refreshment area.
The Table Top Exhibition Package consists of:
- One free delegate place
- 50% discount off standard registration fee for all additional
delegates from your company
- Floor space of approximately 2 m wide x 2 m deep
- Table and two chairs & display panels

Wallet Service
The Wallet Service is available to a limited number of companies
who wish to distribute their corporate brochure or flyer at
Rapra Conferences. Your pen, notepad or leaflet, up to a maximum
of 6 A4 pages, will be included in the delegate packs at the
conference (either inserted into the wallets or placed at
each seat as appropriate).

Advertising in the Conference Proceedings
The Rapra Conference Proceedings are published prior to the
event and distributed free of charge to all conference delegates.
Following the conference the proceedings are marketed and
sold through the Rapra bookstore for a number of years.

Conference Social Event
The Conference Social Event Sponsorship offers extensive potential
coverage for your organisation. It will greatly increase awareness
of your company both at the event and during the pre-conference
marketing schedule. As Conference Social Event Sponsor you
receive billing on conference brochure mailings and the opportunity
to work with the venue to customise your company representation.
These social events are very popular with our delegates.
Conference Social Event Sponsorship Package: from €2000
for a drinks reception and from €4000 for a conference
dinner
